No. All upgrades to GoRentPro are included in your membership. The newest version of our program is available to all clients immediately free of charge.

Is the cost of GoRentPro reasonable?
Yes, very reasonable. Even general accounting software can be hundreds of dollars to purchase and specialized and customized software is thousands of dollars because you have to pay for it to be programmed to fit your business. GoRentPro on the other hand is made specifically for this specialized business of vacation and property rental and management. Other software that you purchase does not come with upgrades and when upgrades become available you have to purchase them. With GoRentPro your yearly membership cost is far less than purchasing the software and upgrades are always included. You also enjoy many added tools and advertising aids with your subscription.
